## About PNZ Group

PNZ Group is doing something pretty special. They've created a closed-loop renewable ecosystem that finances decarbonisation of British homes without costing the government or homeowners a penny.

They operate three companies:

- **PNZ Energy** - domestic decarbonisation
- **PNZ Carbon** - localised carbon credits
- **PNZ Advisory** - Net Zero advisory services

They've already partnered with Bristol Airport, Camden Council, and tons of housing associations. But their IT was nowhere near ready for the growth they had ahead of them.

## The Problem

- ### Poor IT Support
  
  Their previous IT company was unreliable. Staff were frustrated and productivity was tanking.

  Nothing talked to anything else. They had bits and pieces of IT scattered everywhere with no central control.
