The Northern Nuclear Alliance came to us seeking a better way to manage their growing membership base. Operating in the nuclear sector meant they needed systems that were not only efficient but also met stringent security requirements. ## About Northern Nuclear Alliance 

The Northern Nuclear Alliance (NNA) brings together companies from across the nuclear industry who benefit from sharing collective knowledge and insights. Their focus is on developing local companies and fostering collaboration throughout the nuclear sector.

The Alliance regularly hosts industry meetings featuring market intelligence sharing, presentations, and facilitated discussions – making effective membership management and communication crucial to their success.

## The Challenges

- **Disconnected systems making membership administration unnecessarily complex**
- **Concerns about handling industry-sensitive information securely**
- **Marketing limitations hampering their ability to grow membership**
- **Too much staff time consumed by manual administrative processes**
- **Limited visibility into how members were engaging with their offerings**

These challenges were holding back their ability to expand membership and deliver maximum value to existing members.

We wanted to do more than just fix immediate problems – we aimed to transform how NNA managed their entire membership lifecycle. Instead of patching together separate tools, we designed an integrated ecosystem centred around HubSpot CRM.
